Minissha Lamba is upbeat about HONEYMOON TRAVELS PVT LTD where she’s paired opposite Abhay Deol. She is in awe of her co-star and is more than happy to be a part of the film.

“I loved the script and had an enjoyable experience. Abhay is a great co-star and I respect him immensely. He is very energetic and actively participated in whatever we did,” gushes Minnisha.

Considering the ensemble cast isn’t she scared of being overshadowed. “HONEYMOON…is a romantic comedy, a lighthearted take on relationships about 6 couples. A magazine recently wrote how Sammir got into a sozzling match with Minissha Lamba at a party. He laughed. “It was a function for the film called Bong Connection. Raima Sen had invited both me and Minissha. We just had a harmless drink, that’s all.

I’m not much of a drinker and the last one to create a scene in public. In fact I’m very conscious of my public image because I’ve a large clan of Dattanis to be answerable to.”

He laughs away the rumours about his link -ups. “I do have a a couple of very special female friends. But they aren’t from the film industry. And I don’t see myself getting hooked up with an actress at all,” says Sammir who has just signed on the dotted line for a prestigious film with Vikram Bhatt.
