Minnisha Lamba recalls, “When I was in Kashmir, I used to go with a TV channel to cover the bombings. And now I am playing an investigative reporter in one of my upcoming movies.”

From wanting to be a war journalist to venturing into films must have happened through quite a few diversions. “I have been modelling since the age of four. When I was in Chennai, I got offers to do South Indian films. But I never took them up. However, ‘Yahaan’ changed things. I did that film because it connected me to Kashmir again,” says Minissha.

Elaborating on the surprises that life throws, Minissha says, “I was horrible at mathematics all through school. So I always took refuge in English books. Minissha Lamba who starred in the recent multi starrer Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd. has been roped in by Dhoom series director Sanjay Gandhvi for his next untitled venture.

The same petite actoress was last seen impressing her viewers and critics in Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd.

Currently, the actress is preparing herself for a tight work out schedule and calorie free diet. Off late she has been hitting the gym with a vengeance and is on a major crash diet to acquire a look similar to that of Ash’s in Dhoom.

The actor on her fondness for diamonds and searching for romance.After her debut film ‘Yahaan’, actor Minissha Lamba was seen in ‘Corporate’ and lately in Reema Kagti’s ‘Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd’. Interestingly, the three films won her much notice.

Recently, Minissha was spotted sporting a solitaire on her dainty finger. When quizzed whether it was a gift, Minissha replied, “Oh no! As of now, there is only one person who is generous enough to gift me solitaries.
